WHO WE ARE
The Rothkötter Group has been a partner to modern agriculture since 1959 and today employs more than 4500 people at seven locations. For the production of fresh chicken products, we are looking for permanent production employees for our Emsland Frischgeflügel GmbH and Celler Land Frischgeflügel GmbH & Co. KG for permanent production staff and seasonal student workers for the barbecue season from March to October.

YOUR JOB TASKS
- Various activities in chicken meat production
- Cutting and filleting pre-cut chicken parts
- Working on the assembly line, e.g. cutting chicken pieces to size (no piecework)
- Assembling and loading trays with ready meals – e.g. seasoned chicken with vegetables
- Weighing products
- Working on individual production lines and machines
- Lifting and transporting crates
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work in a team, resilience and flexibility
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Own car preferable
WE OFFER
- The employment contract is concluded directly with us as the employer
- Contact person with knowledge of English as well as support in English in production
- Punctual payment of €14.47 gross/hour – from the fourth month €15.03 gross/hour (plus bonuses for night/Saturday work)

An insight into our production:
ACCOMMODATION
We will support you if you are looking for accommodation for your start in Germany. We offer accommodation in a shared flat. The flats are fully equipped. This includes WLAN, equipped kitchen, washing machine and much more. The bedrooms can be occupied by up to 2 people. The costs are easily deducted directly from your monthly salary.
MOBILITY
If you live in one of our accommodations, we can provide you with a car or bicycle, depending on your commute. The car is only available for travelling to work. Private journeys are not included in the hire contract. We will be happy to discuss the conditions in person. The costs will be deducted directly from your monthly salary.
ARRIVAL
You can travel by car, car pool or with a bus company of your choice. Our organiser will contact you shortly before your planned arrival and discuss the exact address and arrival time with you. You will be welcomed there by us.
TOUR OF THE COMPANY
The day before you join us, we will meet for an internal briefing on work and quality safety. This will give you your first insight into the work. There will also be a short tour to help you find your way around on your first day at work.
START OF WORK
You will usually start work the day after the tour. Our colleagues will welcome you and be on hand to answer any questions you may have about the way we work.
